5 Spices That Can Help You Lose Weight
1. Cinnamon
A 2003 study published in Diabetes Care showed that aslittle as one teaspoon of cinnamon per day can boost the body’sweight-loss ability by reducing blood sugar and promoting healthierprocessing of carbohydrates. I usually take ginger tea on the morning, fresh ginger boiled in a drinking water - not the powder one. It's good for me instead of coffee on the breakfast.
