Why they display merchants

So everybody knows that now everybody can be a merchant in mig33, but the important question in my mind is, how come that mig33 shows a temporary ad about some local merchants in my area (once i login to mig33)?, what is so special about those merchants that mig33 application displays an ad about them with their name and phone# ?, and how can I become famous like these merchants

Thats what you call advertisement. They need to inform potential customers where to buy mig33 credits.
