coffee jelly

my cousin told me i am so weird pag dating sa food and drinks.
noon wala pang coffee jelly ang starbucks.
sabi nila sa akin "ano yan?!"
sabi ko "gelatin na kape!"hehehhe lol!!

jelly
1 pack of unflavor jelly(colorless),
2 Tsp. coffee(much better if you have flavor coffee sachet.like cappuccino,vanilla etc.)
1/2 cup sugar (optional)

*dissolve the jelly in 4-5cups of warm water then put into the fire continue stirring until boiling add coffee and sugar.remove the casserole fr. the heat.Then pour the jelly into the mold.when the jelly is firm slice into square.

*make a glass of icecoffee (without sugar)put icecream and coffee jelly on top.
