Sleeping too much

My PROBLEM IS I SLEEP
TOO MUCH ! No matter how
many hour of sleep i
get.Still i find myself
sleepy all the time
sometime i can't
even concentrate.
Is this normal? Is there
a cure?I've tried
drinking coffee but it
doesn't help,please tell
me what's wrong with
me sleeping beauty..

no he sleeps here my dear juvee!!!! he sleeps in the forum for hours and hours....

Maybe lack of exercises? Make a habbit of exercising an hour a day and let yourself alert and active, dont just seat, and sleepy moment will not come!
