Sadness

I am trapped in the valley of sorrows,drawning in my own sea of tears.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story or tell a story about them

Sadness is the result of unhappy thoughts.

Never frown even when you’re sad ’cause you never know when someone’s falling in love with your smile.

The word ‘happiness’ would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.
