1. AVOCADO COCKTAIL

INGREDENTS

2 medium avocadoes
1 large banana
2 cups milk
4 tbs. honey or sugar
Oriental fresh cream (ashta)
Raisins
Black grapes, pineapple slices, kiwi slices, for decoration

PREPARATION
1. Peel the avocadoes and cut in half. Take one half and cut into 3cm. cubes
2. Slice the rest and put in the food processor and puree. Add the banana, milk and honey or sugar and blend into a smooth thick cocktail. ( More milk can be added if needed)
3. Pour the avocado-banana cocktail in tall glasses
4. Add the cubed avocadoes and decorate with ashta, raisins, pineapple and kiwi slices and black grapes
5. Top with honey and serve at once

NOTE: THIS COCKTAIL IS VERY HIGH IN CALORIFIC VALUE AND IS CONSIDERED AN ENERGY DRINK.
