Spicy tofu (2different way of cooking tofu)

Tofu or tokwa in tagal0g we always co0k it deep fry and add sum meat.. Try this simple dish

ingredients:
2 bar of tofu(cut into cubes)
1/4 kl. Mince pork
2 tbsp. Lee kum kee chilli sauce
2 gl0v garlic (mince)
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Sugar
salt

spring onion (ch0p)

meth0d:
1. Marinade mince p0rk in 1tbsp. Soy sauce, sugar, pinch of salt..

2. Hit wok put 1 tbsp. Oil suete garlic til fregrant.. Add marinated mince p0rk let it co0k for about 5 minutes add little bit water bring to boil add in t0fu and chilli sauce.. Put s0me salt and seas0ning acc0rding to ur taste. Let b0il f0r an0ther 3 mins. Put spring oni0n for final touch.Then serve...

A chinese way of co0kni tofu

ingredients:
2 bar tofu (cut 2x1 inches and 1/4 inch thick)
250g. Pork meat(slice thinly)
6 pcs. Dried black mashroom
1 cup water
1 glov garlic chop
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. Lee kum kee Oyster sauce
sugar

marinade:
1 1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of corn flour

method:
1 wash dried mashr0om 3times in running water and soak in 1 cup water until mashr0on get soft take out exces water(keep water stoak for sauce) cut out the stem.. Cut mushr0om. Set aside

2 marinade slice pork meat in marinatng ingredients add 1/2 tbsp. Of water(mashr0om stoak) set aside.

3. Hit wok put oil.. Fry tofu until goldn br0wn.. Take out exces oil..

4. Put 1tbs. Oil in wok saute garlic until fregrant add the marinated p0rk meat.. When meat half d0ne add the mashr0om... Put the oyster sauce and half cup of water(mashr0om stoak) add pinch of salt and sugar accordng to taste. Pour the fried tofu together let boil f0r 2 minutes. Serve hot.
