Heur trojan is very difficult to remove. Even kaspersky is not capable of getting rid of that trojan. It has tha capacity to take over your administrative power on your pc without you knowing it.

Adding to papa_cologne's reply:
1. You can download and install papa_cologne's
Trojan Remover.
2. Disable your System Restore.
3. Reboot in Safe Mode
4. Scan your PC using the Trojan Remover; follow all instructions shown.
5. Reboot in Safe Mode again after the first scan then rescan
6. Restart in Normal Mode.
7. Final scan to make sure all trojans were removed.
8. Restart PC
9. Turn on System Restore.

Just an addition, I used AVAST Antivirus and works fine. If your PC is infected with viruses, simply Go to Settings then Do Boot Scan.

You must also update your Antivirus regularly.

nyay aqo pla topic d2 now qo lng na browse bro sorry d lng ikaw nagkaganyan ang ym aqo din kea npupuno ang screen qo tas mag pop up n ym qo den dc na what i've done is scan may pc true anti virus den i have a trojan remover scan again re start my lappy then scan again. Uninstall my ym then dwnload it and re install again. After that it was gone all the trojan in my system, bro that trojan came from facebook i think Bcoz it was started when i've got a message in my ym somebody that was not in my list i was wondering how he/she send me that message. The link of that message came from facebook, after i recieved that message that trouble started evrytime i open my ym all from my contact lists started sending me dat kind of messages.
