how to relax your eyes...1.Roll the head clockwise fives times then counter-clockwise five times.Repeat until neck muscles feel free 2.Close the eyelids,picture a small circle.Cnncentrate on the circle and follow the circumferences clockwise ten times,then counter-clockwise ten times,m0ving the head sl0wly.Repeat until strain is relieved. 3.Close the lids,cross your palms and gently hold them over your eyes for five minutes.The energy fr0m the palms refresh the eyes. 4.Close the lids,sit or lie d0wn,place cold tea bags over the eyes for as long as possible. 5.Post a spot on the wall,blink at it 20times.Close the lids,m0ve the head as far right as possible,then to the center and again blink 20 times.N0w turn the head as far left as possible and repeat the procidure 10 times.

how long did you try the cucumber cz? i try this for 1 week and it feels so good everytime i put it my eyes..you should try atleast a week or two..
