Good news, admins selection is now open for these 15 countries:

Afganistan
Egypt
Iraq
Iran
Jordan
Libya
Malawi
Oman
Saudi Arabia
Somalia
Syria
Sudan
Turkey
UAE
Zambia

Techincally you can apply as admin since you are living in saudi arabia for long time dree. Just try emailing your application. Theres no exact requirements i think. Just tell them who you are and what are your present activities in mig33. If you can speak and write arabic, thats a big big plus.
