(Ingredients) 1/2 cup of basmati rice 2tbsp. Of oil or butter 2 garlic cl0ves,crushed 2 large green oni0ns,sliced 4-6 large mushroom,thinly sliced 3-4 cups of chicken broth or water 1/4 tsp.black pepper 1 and 1/2 tsp.salt 2 tbsp.ch0pped parsley
METHOD:S0AK RICE IN SALTED WARM WATER F0R 20-25 MINUTES..HEAT OIL IN A MEDIUM CASSEROLE,ADD GARLIC AND ONI0N.C0OK 0N HIGH HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN...ADD MUSHRO0M AND SAUTE F0R A MINUTE.. ADD RICE,BROTH,PEPPER,AND SALT.BRING TO A B0IL...REDUCE HEAT:SIMMER UNC0VERED F0R 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL RICE IS TENDER.. SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY...thankss
