Aligue Rice With Tuna

Ingredients:
2 tbsps. Cooking oil
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 finger pepper, sliced
¼ cup aligue (store bought)
2 (180 gms.) cans Tuna Flakes with Calamansi, drained
3 cups cooked rice
½ tsp. salt
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
Directions:
Heat pan with cooking oil.
Sauté garlic and finger pepper.
Add crab fat, tuna, rice and season with salt.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Top with spring onions before serving.
