you will need;

1 can (35 cl) del monte pineapple juice
1 small (150 g) carrot,boiled,peeled and cut intochunks
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp.lemon juice
2 1/2 cups water
1 bottle (8oz) sprite or 7 up

heres how;


osterize carrot with del monte pineapple juiceuntil fine.
combine with the remaining ingredients.
add sprite or 7 up and serve with ice... Smile Smile Smile
