Aquire the quality of relaxed easy goingness so that things do not ruffle u.
Dont be egostical. Guard against giving the impression u know it all
Be humle and natural
Never miss an opportunity to say a word of congratulation
upon anyones achievement , or express symphaty in sorrow or
disappointment. have a nice day
