Moist banana cake Empty Moist banana cake

Moist banana cake

ingredients
250g soft butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 over-riped bananas(finely mashed)
2 cups self-raising flour

direction
put butter cream and sugar in a small bowl,with electric mixer
until light and fluffy
add eggs one at a time
beating well after each addition
stir in bananas
then sitted flour
pour into well greased 20cm
baba or ring pan
bake at 180C for about 45 minutes,stand a few minutes
b4 turning cake onto wire
rack 2 cool

serving size:unspecified
cooking time:less than 60 minutes
