good teacher

Last week, the local Primary school teacher was visited by the government school inspector who was there to check that the teachers were performing well in their respective calsses.

He was very impressed with one particular teacher. The inspector noticed that each time the class teacher asked a question, every children in the class put up their hands enthusiastically to answer it. More suprisingly, whist the teacher choose diffrent child to answer the question each time, the answers were always correct.

Why would this be?
what did the teacher do? think guys and explain ur answer.

I guess the teacher asked the same question each time.and all the students in that room know the answer n that question.hehehe

I remember this puzzle was given in our psychology class when I was still in college... and I belong to those group who didn't give the answer for this.. I'll just try if I still remember

All student were instructed to raise their hands whenever the teacher asked a question.... Doesn't matter if they knew the answer or not.... Simple instruction is given to all student, "Raise their right hand if they know the answer and the other hand if not.." Then the class teacher would pick those students who raise their right hand.....
