The Power of Acceptance

...... I found this quote in one of my usual daily activity of net surfing, upon reading it, I was momentarily speechless, my mind and my whole being did a double take. You see I've been existing in this past few days wallowing in what I term as semi-alive state. A recent traumatic break up, a chain reaction that left me groping in the dark in pain, numb with sorrow, in other words I wasn't myself. I was searching for answers, questioning why things have happened to me the way it did. Going in and out of mig33 chatrooms hoping to find answers, even doing a "wanted BF" stint heheheh..
..... Until I realized that the answers was inside me all along... the power of acceptance made me whole again.
This is the beauty of being alive, able to love and believe again...

I accept myself and all my shortcomings, I've loved and I've hurt, and in time I would love again

I will never be perfect, no one can, this is me, I may cry, I may shout, I may love differently, even weirdly hehhe but this is me.... and I accept me as me... and that gives the power to be happy again...

Thank you for being there mig33... I've proven once again that wherever I am, in real world or in cyberspace... I can still be me....

Nice to hear that ate issa!cheer up it's not d end of d world yet...when u lose him, someone new who's worthy of ur love is coming on ur way! I guess he made u stronger by breaking ur heart!Let life goes on ....... And when u get there d man of ur dreams ryt der waiting 4 u, mwah!
