Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our sysytem.

Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and impr0ve stomach upset & headache.

Tomato + Carrot + Apple - Impr0ve skin complexion and bad breath.

Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk - Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

Orange + Ginger + Cucumber - Improve Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat.

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.

Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To impr0ve skin c0mplexion.

Pear & Banana - Regulates sugar contents.

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mang0 - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization.

w0w i like juices my dear pinay ... and by the way h0w will we preapre it ? d0 we have to extract

them one by one? and mix them together? or we will buy juice and mix them and shake before

we drink ... anyway thanks for the health information!!

kuya j0seph thanx for the comments i like juices too kuya joseph specially 'carrot juice with milk' its up to you kuya if how do u want to prepare this juices...why dont we try kuya pra maiba nmn ang juice natin hehehe...but we all know that these fruits are good to our health... I love you

my favorite fruit juice is carrot mixed with apple and orange yummmyyyyyy!!!!!!! thumbs up

i haven't tried other combinations yet!
fruits make our skin glow......

weh cz ganda q if i eat fruits i feel vomtng kya d aq kumakain or umiinom na kahit anu klase fruits! kung pepsi hala kahit isang dozen kaya q Very Happy

I've only tried carrot orange combination...later I will try d ones you mentioned cz ganda bka maging kasing ganda mo ako...ajejeje...pls lang walang mag react...thanks for sharing cz...Godbless
