Here are some Common
Local plants use in the
treatment of Common ailments..

Headache
Damong maria leaves 3-5 pcs.of fresh leaves (pounded)
massage to forehead..

Toothache
Garlic clove insert a pc. of garlic in the painful tooth.
Guava leaves chew 2-3 pcs. of fresh leaves and allow
to stay in painful tooth until relieved.(do not swallow the leaves).

Cough
Kalamansi fruit 2-3 fresh fruit in 1 glass of water (warm)
add little sugar to taste.
DOSE: 1 glass 3x a day.

Gas pain
Ginger root pound 1 pc. as big as the thumb; boil in 1 glass
of water for 15 mins.

Rheumatic and joint pain
Avocado bark or seed
herbal buena leaves
and lantana leaves pound and rub on painful part..

Fever
Tamarind fruit 1/2 pc. of ripe fruit (pounded) and mix in 1 glass
of water..add little sugar to taste..
