every admins have several rooms to monitor.i also experienced same story with you bro prince, but i do understand that they're also busy with other chatrooms. just be considerate to them.if the admin that you've PM'd didn't respond right away try to PM other admins in your contact lists.

if he don't response you then call another admin, king-of-hearts is not the only room admin to be called.

As all admins are, all are trying their level best to answer all calls for help. But most of the time admins hands are full.Too busy moderating chatrooms, not to mention other problems like private floodings, high-speed multi invites, image flooding, etc. to distract or hold admins from doing their job.
Admins have to deal first the job or problems at hand before answering the next one. Personally, I answer calls on first come, first serve basis: From left window to right. Most admins are receiving from 5-15 calls
almost simultaneously as we go online. All of them need quick response.
I was once a chatter who needs an admin's help and they're not there when you needed them the most. Now I understand why they can't come as fast I want them. Bear with us guys, we are doing our best to help everybody.

not every admin is kind enough to help each other....they give 1st place to their frendzzzz.....itz my advice make frendship with admin.....then it will be much easier....

bro all adims are there to help us. that's their duty. i have special admin, our hon.admin k-e-e-n. he helps me when ever i call him. but sum times he's so busy . bro be patient. may be the time u pm him, he was fighting against multikickers. my advise is if u really need help from admin, u shud pm him/her "exact user id, chat room, location, user is doing in the room"
