DIET TRICKs
Without gaining weight-and-without having to make a crash diet one of those tough-to-follow. But that means sticking to a few simple tricks, including practicing portion control, ( think kid-size serving of food and using plate ) drinking plenty of water and choosing just one or two treats to go with a plate of protein and veggies. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day-perhaps walk after dinner.
