The FORCE group shares a core values of the following:
FUN-We maintain a positive attitude, take time to laugh and enjoy the company of each other inside the chatroom.
CARING-We believe caring is accepting others. It is being companssionate, thoughtful and sensitive to our members and fellow chatters feeling.
RESPECT-We believe respect is acknowledging the inherent worth of oneself and others. It is treating members and fellow chatters fairly and justly.
EQUALITY-All members and chatters are free and should be treated equally. We have the right to be treated fairly.
TEAMWORK-We communicate actively and openly. We build trust by honoring our commitment and we value diversity.
