Meat with black pepper sauce

Recipe:

ingredients:
2 cups meat,thin slice
3 tbsp. peppercorn
2/3 cup onion ,juliene
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp.osyter sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup water

Procedure:
Roast peppercorn over heat,grind directly by electric grinder
fry onions in oil until soft,add black pepper

add soya sauce with osyter sauce and worcestershire sauce to
onion pepper mixture,stir well over heat for two minutes,add water
bring to boil ,finally add starch and water mixture,stir over heat
for two minutes .

on dry hot wok,add meat and stir until dry and brown,add 4 tbsp. of black
pepper sauce,stir until meat is tender, serve hot.
