Would you be offended if....

....You were thoughtful and really wanted to buy something for someone as a surprise,and did!...They thank you and then ask you for the reciept the next day so they can go return it and buy the same thing for cheaper so they can use the other money?

I ,for one,was offended.It hurt my feelings as I wanted to get something for them and they just turned it on me like it was nothing.I actually attached sentiment and it was thrown in my face.

Me also,i will be offended if someone did it to me. It's not good to do it,you must be thankful & appreciate whatever someone gave you & appreciate it not either thinking of the cost.....

I will be offended too,if someone give you a gift,it's not the cost u will ask,appreciate the present coz it was given whole heartedly,you should say thank you,not saying the is too cheap.
