Feeding your baby

Milk is the first food your baby takes. Breast milk is the perfect milk for your baby.it is much better than f0rmula you can buy. Your baby sh0uld take breast milk fr0m birth through one year. You will kn0w by your baby,s appetite how much he needs. Althrough all babies are different, yours will probably want to be fed every two to three hours. Remember that the m0re often your baby nurses, the m0re milk your b0dy will make if you feed your baby when he wishes, you will always have en0ugh milk for him. (to successfully breast-feed, you sh0uld) 1. Eat a go0d diet of (a)milk (b) meat,fish,eggs,chicken,and cheese, (c) bread or rice,(d)fresh fruit juices and fresh vegetables. 2. Drink lots of fluids such as milk, fruit juices and water. Limit the am0unt of c0ffee or tea you drink. *do drink s0mething whenever you are thirsty 3.get plenty of rest daily.
