We know we have been getting loads of complaints that contact@mig33.com is slow in replying to emails. Let me first explain why there was delay:

1. Our system has been down for the past one month causing delays in investigations and increase in backlog
2. There are bad users spamming our mailbox [-( (bad, bad users!)
3. Too many duplicate emails sent by the same person which could be accidental (not the same as the second point)
4. BLACKOUT... Yes, there were a few nights where we were working hard and there were several nights we were down for a few hours. So we have early earth hour. Hehehe Wink

So now, we are now pleased to announce that we are back to 24 to 48 hours response time!

Emails coming through report_abuse@mig33.com our my next project. Please be patient as we are listening to your frustrations and grunts.
