Ingredients:

sambousak dough sheets

sugar powder

dalal sunflower oil for fry

cinnamon powder

sweetened condensed milk

chocolate sauce

2 tbs. White flour

1 tbs.Water

Mixture

Combine flour with water until it becomes a smooth light paste.

cut each sambousak dough sheet into 2 pieces,fold as blesse,paste between blesse by dough paste.

Refrigerate fans for 15 minutes,fry into hot oil until golden ,drain,cool.

Dust fans with sugar powder and cinnamon,garnish with chocolate saube and sweeted condensed milk.
