how we control on that situation? maybe that is the one on why the network is always disconnected

Admins can only kick them or even ban them. But that wouldnt really stop them from coming back. They can always do that again using other ids. The only person who can stop them is himself. Then again, people like them dont just disappear. They are there for a reason, i guess... It is for us to discover why

all i can say is maybe the flooder has so much passion in mig33 and to express that he or she has to flood .... ( for fun maybe )
mig33 has been an outlet of all emotions - of love, of anger, of friendship...
the reality of life comes alive in the chatrooms....
i witnessed a friend flooding in the chatroom because of depression ...
i didn't say a word to her, i just watched her in a corner..
after sometime, she stopped and never flood again.
compassion may bring a change to flooders.

Thats the fact of life. People do express themselves in some way others hate. But as doc dmd said, compassion is the keyword.

yes !even we kicked and banned them out we cant stop them ....they come back again in again.......
