Normally girls used to suffer from Dysmenoria (characterized by abdominal pain) usually on 1st and 2nd days of the onset period. Well, how do you manage? Do you consider taking madicines (pain killer)?

It may have many causes, but one common cause is the organ crush. When the blood runs down through reproductive tract means it get inlarge somewhat and crushes with the intestine at the abdominal area. If the intestine was full after meal or else then the amount of pain is high. So, to over ome it one can try light meals near your cycle or expected days.

Well to reduce pain


  • Keeping warm water on the stomach with the help of waterbag or else work.
  • And applying oil massage in the abdomen in a circular or smooth manner serves good to reduce the pain.
  • After that a good rest is helpful.


You know one more thing is your mentally during the period. Along with the pain you may feel uneasy and much downed. A mild and healthy sharing with a close friend can help delight your moment thereby making you forget the pain. Its good to avoid negative thoughts and worries.

Nice share donakew! And you know that dhysmenorrhea is a mental sickness? Its just becoz what ever we think to happen in ourselves ,it does happen!
