I have the problem of being shy,i never know how to talk to people.I'm not shy around my best friend but with other people i am.What should i do?

all you have to do is find somebody who you think would
be a good friend and just start a simple conversation with
them, make a joke about something, say "hi" it's easier
than you think it is.
