As far i know she give some false info about her true identity.Maybe our site admin can give more answer here.

mam constanz29 was very helpful to me when i was on my probationary period and i am so thankful for all her efforts in helping not only admins but also regular users. i don't know the exact reason why she was demoted but i do respect mig33 management decision. i hope she will be more productive to the position she have now in mig33!
