qfter a significant fall out or break-up, how do you learn to love and trust again?
how can you heal? when it happens, you feel like you can NEVER be valuenerable for
another person again.

For me? You should STOP thinkin' bout it for a while...make busy yourself get along with happy fellahs and let the day goes by....and when you are ready,go for it and start it over....

After a break up i reflect on all the things that happend. Try to figure out what why it came to the point of break up. Sulk a little thats n0rmal coz break ups always hurt. After sulking i pick up myself, forget the bad memories and move on.
