A idea about safe from hacker

What you think about id hacking? if a hacker hack any mig33 id he use various unknown password and unlimited time wrong password but our different think is like this if wrong password have a limit time like if you log in any mig forum and you forget your original password or try to guess your password after a limit mean if you use 4time wrong password forum then try after 5 minute like this if a id hacker use 3 time wrong password then id showing "you use much time of wrong password please click forget password and got it" those time only correct password work who use original user.
Becase for id hacking many admin hacked and atlast mig33 staff constantz also hack
and we dont know how many id hacked every day!!!

Its a great idea. I have suggest this idea to mig33 long time ago. But they seem not responding with our idea.

as you said hackers is everywhere . . . hacking password of id's is difficult as what i observed, if your password consist of almost the limit could not be easily got hacked,and its better to update or change you password at least every month ! . .
