Save Laptop Battery Life !!!!

Well, trust me, I had first hand experience with this thing...

So I decided to leave my laptop on all the time for quick access when I needed it [which was like every day] and one day I had to go to out for vacation. I unplugged my laptop to take with me while it was still on. First, I got a message saying that Microsoft highly recommends getting a new battery and no more than 10 seconds after that, it shut off.

The Cause: Believe it or not, laptops can over charge a battery and it will seriously make a difference. All of this happened to me within 5 days Good luck!

The Fix: If you want to keep you laptop plugged in and on all of the time, then take the battery out. If you don't know how, you'll probably find instructions in the instruction manual or on the computers website.

So, yes, this did happen to me, and then I did an experiment. I took the battery out of my other laptop and left it on for 20 days, put the battery in and it worked just fine.
