What is PLAY?

A basic building block of learning. That means play is how we push past what we think are our limits.
Play is the nicest thing nature ever did for us. Besides helping us solve problems, it helps us get close with one another.
How? Goofing around promotes emotional warmth and harmony.
In “The Triune Brain in Evolution,” MacLean suggests that play evolved from the need for mom and pop mammals to bond with and educate their young.

“A family that plays together stays together”
