JOINING FORCE Family
3 simple steps if you are interested in joining the FORCE Family:
You must read and agree to FORCE Guidelines first.
You must Create a FORCE ID (ie member_force) and have it activated.
Note that you must add "_force" only at the end of the nickname.
Make sure your profile on your nick is properly prepared before introducing yourself to the FORCE Founders. Don't use false statements.
Attach your latest photos.
Approach any FORCE Officer for guidance or PM founder inspire_force or secretary faith_force for enlisting.

- Submit to the secretary the following:
1. Your Force ID
2. Your most active chatting ID
3. Your birth date
4. Your current location
5. Country of origin
6. Your chatroom other than Pinoy Dreams
7. Your Facebook (if you have one)
8. Your latest photo

- INITIATION Procedures
During this process, you will be called neophytes or Neos. Here are the basic steps that you should do during initiation.
1. Find and PM any FORCE Officer for orientation. Add them in you contact list. You will then be handed to your MI's. Coordinate with them regularly during the course of your initiation. This is very important: PM YOUR MI's DAILY FOR ATTENDANCE CHECK.
Your MI's give you tasks during your initiation. To test your willingness to join. Follow them. If you have problem with that, discuss with them like a Neo. Remember, they are the one who will recommend you to the FOUNDERS for approval.
2. Introduce yourself in this forum. State why you are joining, who recruited you, or from where did you learn about us.
3. Be an active forum member. Participate in all topics daily. Share your views. Reply or comment threads - If you don't have the resources to do this task, your MI's will give you alternative tasks
4. Go to Pinoy Dreams chatroom daily using your FORCE Id. Chat with FORCE members. Introduce yourself to them. Add them to your contact list. You must collect as much Senior FORCE members as you can. Take note of their civilian ID's.
Reminder: Show the seniors some respect. Ask for their permissions first before adding them.
5. Senior members often give you single, simple tasks that is FORCE activities related. Follow them.

6. Find and PM any of the FORCE FOUNDERS for final interview. Add them in your contact list. Note: Use your FORCE Id when you approach a Founder.
7. Submit your list of collected FORCE members.
Warning: Include in your list those you chat with ONLY.
The FINALS - Point System
Neos' Finals requirements prior to approval:
Here are the criterias of Point System Approval and the maximum points that a neo can collect in each:
1. MIs points : 50 pts.
2. Recruitements for the next batch : 10 pts.
3. Active forum participation : 40 pts.
4. Founders points : 70 pts.
Minimum passing points : 110 pts.
MIs Points
He/she must pass MIs initiation procedures and tasks and must be listed in their list of recommendations with corresponding earned points. Maximum point to be given is 50.
Recruitements for the next batch
For recruiting of at least one applicant for the next batch, the neo will earn a 10 points. Succeeding recruits will be 5 points each.
Active forum participation
A neo showing outstanding performance in the forum will get a maximum of 40 points. This is based on the sensibility of his post and not by the number of posts.
Founders points
Here he/she can earn by founders observations during the course of his/her initiation based on his dedication and showing of interest in joining the family. Neos can earn a maximum of 70 points in this criteria.
Minimum passing points
An accumulated of at least 110 points is needed for a neo to successfully pass the initiation.
Note: Approved list of successful candidates will be posted here in this forum. Goodluck.
