When you are ready to settle into what it is you want to do in life, sometimes you need to “Unlearn” + “Relearn” what you have learned in the past to impact on what it is you want to accomplish in the future.

If you lead and no one is following you’re not leading the right way. The art of successful leadership includes some form of dialogue and very little monologue.

Commitment to a project means that you are in it to make a difference. If you love what you do you will never work a day in your life

when you accept that position you know it already, how to handle, to communicate. not only to teach them but you also listen to them... more patience is needed. good luck to those who run for president or to become a leader thumbs up
