Wasn't it just the other day... Slumped in a corner of my lonely room... With a heart filled with gloom... Sad Staring at an empty space... No one in place... No one to talk to Sad... Been in here for a long time... For my family to be fine... For the little comfort I can give... To fill their hearts with glee... My own loneliness I must take asunder... My own joy I am left to wonder... Work I must, in tears, sweat, and pain... For the little consolation I might gain... For the love of family I bravely step forward... Heart shielded with an armor of prayer... For in a world unknown, I must tread... Be brave dear OFWs, we are made of stearner stuff... Hope, faith, love and trust... For the family we love.... Smile .... From me to you... Smile .... Issa
