random self-inflicted pain
what is there to lose?
just when the sun begins to rise
the thunderclouds approach
just when "happiness" began to make sense
tears ran down the already soaked skin
soaked from the storm
and dripping blood
tiny droplets of incarnadine fluid

lilting voices are calling out
asking for direction
needing help and assistance
how ironic
to need someone who's also in need

here it all comes down to
damasked roses losing tint
fervid emotions striving to come out
release the pain
let go of antipathy
indulge in passion
tomorrow's not a promise
just another age beyond the dusky horizon

what will change bring a difference
what keeps me churning
why i keep the memoirs
why it keeps on coming to no end
why leave me in muddle
how do you take it so easy
how do the hinge move without you
how queer love is
when black turns to gray
when ripples stand still
when force has it all, i end with a smile.
