Sumasakit ba ipen nyo,.lunas ay DALAWANG HINTUTURO.
1.ipasok ang kanang hintuturo sa bibig at ilagay sa ipen na sumasakit at kagatin ito.
2.ipasok ang kaliwang hintuturo sa butas ng tumbong mu.
Maghintay ng dalawang minuto at pakramdaman kung nawawala ang kirot.
Kapag andun pa ang kirot.pagbaligtarin mu ng pwesto ang kanan at kaliwang hntuturo ayon sa procedure..
Ayan nawala bgla ang kirot ng ipen nyo.Epektib db?...ahak bungakngak
