yup many times after a surge of em0tions just to relieve myself of tension,frustration and unavoidable situations. we should all try it so we could give ourselves to breath even for just a m0ment

Sighed? Ive done a lot!
For relief,to revive, to revoke, to care ,to share,to rest and to many things ive done!
It helps me more easier to move on no matter what feelin i had to goes on!
