Use Windows Update without registering

1.) Go to: start --> Run --> and type regedit
2.) Go down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersion
3.) Look for a value named RegDone ,If it isn't there create a new value with that name
4.) Right click the new value choose Modify & Set the value to 1
5.) Close Regedit
6.) Reboot
