food as medicineFREQUENT HEADACHES: eat plenty of fish,fish oil helps prevent headaches.So does ginger,which reduces inflammation and pain. HAY FEVER:eat lots of yogurt.Also,eat honey.TO PREVENT SRTOKE:drink tea.It prevents buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea.Green tea is great for our immune system. INSOMNIA(can't sleep):use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative. ASHMA:eat onions.Eatng onion helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. UPSET STOMACH:bananas will settle an upset stomach ginger wilk cure morning sickness and nausea. BONE PROBLEM:eat pineapple.Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapples. MEMORY PROBLEM: Eat oysters,oysters help improve your mental functioning by supplyng much needed zinc. COLDS:cleaq up that stuffy head with garlic. COUGHING:use red peppers.A substances similar to that found in cough syrups.Is found in hot red pepper.Use red pepper (cayenne)with caution because it can irriatate your stomach.ULCERS:eat cabbage.Cabbage contains chemicals that help both gastric and duodenal ulcers. DIARHEA:eat apples,grate apple with its skin,let it brown and eat it to cure this condition.Bananas are a good ailment for this too. CLOGGED ARTERIES:eat avocado mono unsaturated fat in avocados lowerr cholesterol. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE:olive oil has been shown to lower blood pressure.Celery contains a chemical that lowers pressure too. BLOOD SUGAR IMBALANCE:the chromium in broccoli and peanuts helps regulate insulin and blood sugar.
