He walked ino my life
And swept me off my feet
He took my heart to places
I thought could'nt be reached
That sweet man of mine
such a gentle soul

His presence in my life makes
me feel whole
This void i use to feel now has
been filled
The sweet man of mine
Has positively thrilled
I love the way he holds my hands
the way he plays with my hair
I love the way he whisper in my ear
and tell me he cares
I love way he caresses my skin
The way he looks in to my eyes
The sweet man of mine
to me he's the winning prize

Ah, this man of mine
Ooh, this sweet, sweet man of mine.
He is my Cool Hand Luke,
My Rick, my Rhett,
Artistic, poetic
And oh so strong
He ensures I am
Cared for
Loved
Protected
Contented.
He is The Boss,
The King, my Man In Black
His musky voice on the telephone,
Ten minutes before it was supposed to be -
He just couldn't contain the need to speak to me
One second longer.
He reads Camus, Kant and Rolling Stone
And comments on each with unmatched wit
His skin next to mine is bliss like no other
He is my Heathcliff,
My Captain Corelli, my Mr Darcy
And perhaps I am foolish
(or maybe saner than most)
But the possibility of his existence
Has me fated to eschew
All others.
