Peach salad

Ingredients:
2 cups mixed lettuce
1 cup ice-berg lettuce
1 medium potatoe
1 medium carrots
1 medium zucchini
1 cup sprout beans
corn oil for frying
1/3 cup grated toast
dressing:
4 tbsp.mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp.italian sauce
1/2 tsp.sugar
Procedure:
Cut potatoes,carrots and zuccini into round slices,fry into hot oil,separately drain,set aside
fry grated toast in oil and drain combine dressing ingredients together.
Combine all lettuce together with sproud beans addfried vegetables,pour dressing and garnish with fried toast,serve immediately.
