Malaysian open crab
Recipe
Ingredients:
8 crabs ,boiled
1 tbsp. soya oil
1 tbsp. chopped chilli
1 tsp. crushedgarlic
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 tsp.lemon grass
2 tbsp. chopped onion
8 tbsp. coconut milk
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. liquid cream
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry chilli
1/2 vegetable cube
for garnish :green onion strips
Procedure:
Remove meat from shell and chop meat
Fry ginger with garlic for 1 minute,add lemon grass,onion and green onions,2 kinds chilli and vegetable cube ,stir over heat for 1 minute,add remaining ,ingredients ,stir over heat.
Fill shell with mixture,garnish with onion strips,serve hot.
