Temporary Suspended

hi guys and admin k-e-e-n i just want to know what happend to my user neme.Why is this always happend? Everytime i got my level up my user id is always temporary suspended.... i was wonder if is this only a system error or someone hacking my username and using it?
and im worried and wonder if this situation what is the effects and cost of this matter...
