In chatting, always respect others perspective and you should observe. Learn to acknowledge others viewpoint before differing. Every individual has their own ideas, beliefs and philosophy of life and you should respect it before sharing your own thought. When time comes that you disagree with one’s idea, you should acknowledge his idea without hurting his feelings, restate his points and share your own point on the topic.

Learn not to offend others idea. Sometime you say something that is offending others without your intentions of hurting others opinion. Show that you understand others viewpoint. Explain in detailed if possible without disrupting the conversations.
