beef empanada

1 1/4 oz of pkg of double crust pastry
3 cups ground beef
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp mince garlic
1/4 cup very finely mince onions
1/4 cup mince tomatoes
1 cupchopped hard boil egg
1 cup finely chopped sweet pickles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper

flatten the pastry dough and cut 4 inch squares
saute the ingredients in skillet
minus the pickles and egg
and cook about 25 minutes
untill the beef iscompletely cook
drop in the egg and pickles
blend them in thourghly
add salt and ground pepper to taste
you may also want to include hot pepper

leave your mixture to cool for 1/2 hrs
then drop large spoonfuls onto the pastry
squares fold into triangel,wet edges
with water and use a pork to seal them
bake the empanadas on the cookies
sheet for 30 min. in an oven pre heated a 400
