Stress and depression

What stresses you out?
- Studies
-Negative thoughts and feelings
-Broken relationships
-Problems at home
-Changing schools
-Chronic illness
-Lack of money
-Traumatic memories

Just one of the above is enough to cause stress ,but you may find that you are having to deal with more than them at a time.When this happens stress can turn into depression is so gradual we don't even realize it.What are some signs of depression?

-Sadness that won't go away
-Irritability over even small things
-Feelings of hopelessness
-Lack of enthusiasm or motivation
-Anger rage anxiety
-Sudden decline in grades
-Thoughts of death or suicide

I think im on the stressed procedure causing by my traumtic memories.I never hve a relationship since then. thinking always my trauma,so i've got negative impression to the man trying to take my heart!

cz jasse you are feeling hopeless,don't think about whats make you sad,just feel you are not alone,cheer up and forget about sadness
